課程簡介
希望藉由現代藝術及後現代藝術的發展的概念可幫助學員瞭解目前兿壇流派的動向與風格，增進欣賞能力，並從藝術作品可以瞭解其他文化特質也可轉而增加珍惜自己的文化。 以英文講解方式，讓學員可學到藝術的英文用語，鍛練英語聽力，加強說讀寫的信心。讓學員修習自由掌控學習進度，英語學習可以很有趣。
課程目標
1.Introduction to a period of art history.
2.Focus on one particular style and its influence to the following generation such as Pop art.
3.Styles or ism that change the history i.e. Impressionism, Fauvism, Cubism etc.
4.The name of style that we are not familiar with such as Renaissance, Mannerism, Baroque, Rococo, Symbolism, Neo-Classism, Romanticism, Impressionism, Fauvism, Cubism and many more.
5.認識特殊的藝術詞彙和用語，含西方重要文藝思潮名稱及偉大藝術家的姓名。
6.學習在認識和欣賞藝術品時，如何有效的提問。
7.練習賞析藝術品時，進行深度交流和討論。
8.有效地閱讀藝術相關文章。
