章忠信老師畢業於國立交通大學科技管理研究所科技法律組,自75年投身智慧財產權領域,曾任職於經濟部智慧財產局達17年,目前任職於東吳大學法律學系助理教授,其專長為智慧財產權、網路資訊法等。相關教師重要經歷呈現於平台「課程資訊」中,如:授課教師豐富的學經歷與遠距課程教學經驗等,提供學習者了解授課教師專業背景。本課程內容為商標法理論及其實務運用,授課教師本身為法律系博士畢業,且專攻於智慧財產權法領域,並擔任經濟部智慧財產局法制修正委員會諮詢委員、各部會及民間組織智慧財產權諮詢專家等要職,可說是智慧財產權界的權威。

課程簡介

Course introduction MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) are large-scale online open courses, of which the teaching materials are divided into small units and that include online discussion, practice assessment, assignments and other activities. This allows students to schedule their courses according to their own learning progress. In recent years, we have been planning a series of MOOCs on MOOCs courses, mainly to "share how to develop a MOOC course, in a series of MOOC courses." "MOOCs on MOOCs Level 1" is the first course we introduce; it covers understanding of what MOOC is, as well as the concept of intellectual property rights before we start planning MOOC. It also helps with familiarizing with the MOOC platform functions, how to plan courses, and how to select the appropriate variety of materials development methods, such as: self-made or team development, and how to operate and promote MOOCs. There are a total of six topics, which will guide you step by step to a complete understanding of MOOC and how to run them.

課程目標

Course objectives 
1. Understand MOOCs through case studies and experience sharing. 
2. Apply MOOC curriculum planning and design elements, implement teaching plans. 
3. Select appropriate multimedia materials, common MOOC teaching materials, practice instruction design. 
4. Recognize common self-made digital teaching materials, tools and applications. 
5. When necessary, plan a suitable process for development of collaborative digital teaching materials. 
6. Propose suitable online activities and promotional programs.

Target audience University teachers who are planning to offer or have recently offered MOOCs courses People who are interested in designing MOOCs.

課程特色

This course is taught by Huang Chaoxi, Chang Shuping, Zhang Zhongxin and HsuehNianlin, and invites teachers with MOOCexperience to share.
The icebreaker design of these materials can bring teachers together into more collaborative subgroups and can bring them closer to the actual practice.
In addition, the teaching materials of this course have also been developed in accordance with our proposed principles and methods and use a number of techniques such as self-made materials, handwritten materials, animation support, studio recording, etc. All this will allow you not only to have a basic concept, but also willprovide you with rich references.
