About this series

The theme of this series of courses is "Food Safety in Life", which is mainly used to promote the food safety for Vietnamese. A total of three courses are planned for this course series, namely "Microbiology and Food", "Food Safety and Inspection" and "Introduction to Edible Mushrooms". It is hoped that this series of courses will help Vietnam to establish the correct concept of food safety and public health.

What you'll learn

1. To introduce the Vietnamese learners to better understanding of important concept in food safety.
2. To assist the teachers in the cooperative Vietnamese universities to grow professionally by guiding them to recognize the benefits of digital learning and massive open online courses (MOOCs).
3. To enhance the academic partnership with cooperative schools in Vietnam.
4. To improve and promote the friendship between Taiwan and Vietnam.
